I grew up believing that if a business is great at what it does, people should know about it. That's still what drives me.
I've spent 15+ years figuring out how to make that happen at scale. I've built marketing systems for companies that were unknown and helped them become category leaders. I've led the rebrands of companies preparing for acquisition. I've built the demand generation infrastructure that took a company from $8M to $24M in ARR in twelve months.
What I've learned is that almost every marketing problem is actually an infrastructure problem. Companies aren't struggling because they lack creativity or good ideas. They're struggling because they don't have a system, and without a system, even the best ideas get lost in the noise.
That's what I build. Systems. Ones that run predictably, improve over time, and don't require constant supervision to function.
